Each year, when the holiday season approaches, we Merry, Pantoloon, band of nutters gather to perform an individualised Christmas pantomime, based on a well-known classic story.
This year’s Christmas production has the Pantoloons visiting Transylvania, making hilarious Pantomime fun for both children and adults out of Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’ and Mary Shelley’s ‘Frankenstein’.
We are a varied group of individuals who enjoy having a good laugh and don’t mind it being at our expense!
We are always on the lookout for new members. Although performing an act is the end result, there are many skills involved in putting on a pantomime. Set creation, costume making, dreaming up props, lighting and sound, even helping back-stage, are all part of the enjoyment.
